How to Move Auto-Bounce to a New Computer if You No Longer Have Access to the Old One

Tip: Keep your Auto-Bounce license email in a safe place. 

You’ll need it whenever you move to a new computer.

✅  Step 1: Locate Your License Code

Your Auto-Bounce license code can be found in:

• The original purchase confirmation email (titled “Your Auto-Bounce License”).

• Inside Auto-Bounce on the machine where it was originally installed (if still accessible).

Since you no longer have the old computer, please use the purchase confirmation email.

✅  Step 2: Send Us Your License Code

Open a support ticket and include your license code. That’s all we need to reset the activation on our side.

✅  Step 3: Reactivate on Your New Computer

Once we reset your license, you can:

1. Download and install the latest version of Auto-Bounce.

2. Open Auto-Bounce > Help > License Manager.

3. Enter your license email and license code to activate.

✅ That’s it — you’re up and running again.
