All tracks for from Drummer Producer Kits contain the entire mixed kit

Auto-Bounce uses Logic's track On/Off buttons to choose what is bounced.  Since Logic Drummer kits are combined into a single track, you need to turn it into a multi-track MIDI performance.

This can easily be accomplished in two easy steps.

1. Right Click on the Drum Region and choose "Convert to MIDI track."

2. Right Click on the newly created MIDI region and choose "Separate by Note Pitch."

Now you can use Auto-Bounce to automatically bounce out each of your sub-tracks.
