When bouncing stems that use sidechain compression, you’ll want to make sure your sidechain relationships stay intact. Auto-Bounce makes this possible using Track Locking.
Here’s how it works:
Identify the sidechain source (e.g., kick drum) and the track(s) that depend on it (e.g., bass, pads, etc.).
In Auto-Bounce, lock the sidechain source so that it remains active during all related bounces.
This ensures that every stem using that sidechain will sound exactly as intended—just like in your mix.
? For more details, see the Track Locking section in the [Auto-Bounce User Manual].
