Auto-bounce supports bouncing in Surround with two caveats:
1) If any files with the same name exist, the bounce will be interrupted and possibly crash Auto-bounce.
2) Surround Mode will apply to all Jobs in the job set and must be manually enabled in Logic prior to the bounce by opening Logic's bounce window and checking the Surround checkbox.
Will will be adding full support for Surround in the near future, which will allow per-job support and will have full functionality for replacing existing files.
Check this box in Logic's Bounce window to bounce in Surround with Auto-Bounce
