If you see a message saying there are hundreds of thousands of key command conflicts in Logic Pro, don’t panic. This usually means your key commands got corrupted.

The fix is quick — just reset and reload the Auto-Bounce key commands.

✅ Step-by-Step Fix

1. Back Up Your Current Commands (Optional, but recommended)

  • In Logic, go to:

Logic Pro ➝ Key Commands ➝ Presets ➝ Export Key Commands…

  • Save them somewhere safe (Desktop is fine).

2. Reset to Factory Defaults

  • Go to:

Logic Pro ➝ Key Commands ➝ Presets ➝ Logic Pro

  • This clears the conflicts and restores Logic’s original shortcuts.

3. Import Auto-Bounce Key Commands

  • Go to:

    Logic Pro ➝ Key Commands ➝ Presets ➝ Import…

  • Select the file:

Auto-Bounce.keycommands (found inside the Auto-Bounce folder in Applications).

4. Test the Required Commands

Before running Auto-Bounce, press each shortcut in Logic to make sure they work:

  • Play

  • Stop

  • Rewind

  • Forward

  • Set Locators

  • Bounce Project/Section (others as listed in the Read Me)

? If they work here, Auto-Bounce will work too.

That’s it! The “half a million conflicts” bug is gone, and Auto-Bounce is ready to go.
