How to Fix Track Visibility Warnings in Auto-Bounce

Modified on Tue, 19 Aug at 10:42 AM

When running Auto-Bounce, you may occasionally see a message that says:

“One or More Tracks Are Not Visible.”

This simply means Logic isn’t displaying all track names clearly. Auto-Bounce relies on visible track objects to work properly, so a few quick adjustments will fix it.

Step 1: Expand All Track Stacks

Make sure all track stacks are expanded so every track object has at least part of its name visible.

  • Shortcut: Hold Option and click the down arrow on any track stack to expand all at once.

Step 2: Adjust Track Size

If track names are being cut off, adjust the horizontal or vertical track size until names are clearly visible.

Step 3: Collapse Any Takes Folders

Expanded Takes Folders can create empty “ghost” track objects that Auto-Bounce can’t read. Make sure all Takes Folders are fully collapsed.

Tip: Once track names are visible and Takes Folders are collapsed, Auto-Bounce will run smoothly without this warning.
